Apartment 403 is a spacious, modern, one bedroom apartment with huge south east facing terrace with stunning views to the sea and mountains.
The entrance hall leads directly into the large kitchen/dining/living room where two sets of patio doors frame the amazing views.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge/ freezer, full oven with 4 ring hob, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The dining table comfortably seats 6, and the L shaped sofa offers a cosy vantage point to enjoy the fabulous views - and doubles up as an extra (single) bed when required. Double patio doors open to the balcony where you can enjoy sea and mountain views.

The bedroom has a ceiling fan and a 6ft double bed which can be converted to 2 x 3 ft singles if required. Fitted wardrobes and drawers offer ample storage. A large shower room with window is adjacent and also houses a washing machine.

The study area has a double sofa bed which can sleep two adults, and a chest of drawers provides additional storage space. From here triple patio doors open onto the balcony with stunning views to the sea and coastline beyond.

On the generous balcony are a large dining table & chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue for al fresco dining! Awnings outside both sets of patio doors give plenty of shade when it’s really hot!! The apartment has Satellite TV and a CD/ Radio player.
